Welcome to MeasyMove! By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as an agent or landlord and clarify MeasyMove's role in listing your properties and facilitating connections with students.

1. Property Listing

1.1. Permission to List: With your permission, MeasyMove will list your property on our platform.

1.2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the properties you wish to list, including photos, descriptions, and availability.

1.3. Property Updates: It is your responsibility to update the listing information if there are any changes to the property’s status, availability, or details.

2. Sharing Contact Details

2.1. Consent to Share: By listing your property on MeasyMove, you consent to sharing your contact details with students interested in renting your property.

2.2. Duration of Sharing: Your contact details will be shared with students for the duration that the property remains available on our platform.

3. MeasyMove's Role

3.1. Platform Role: MeasyMove is solely a listing platform that helps connect students with agents and landlords. We do not participate in transactions beyond facilitating initial contact.

3.2. No Financial Verification: MeasyMove does not take responsibility for financial verification of students. All financial assessments must be handled directly by the agent or landlord.

3.3. No Personality Verification: MeasyMove does not verify the personal backgrounds or character of students. Agents and landlords are responsible for conducting their own checks.

3.4. Limitation of Liability: MeasyMove cannot be held responsible for any misconduct or wrongdoing by students or any other parties involved. We are merely a facilitator.

4. Responsibilities of Agents and Landlords

4.1. Independent Management: You agree to manage all interactions with students, including financial transactions and property viewings, independently of MeasyMove.

4.2. Verification Responsibility: You acknowledge that MeasyMove is not responsible for verifying the financial or personal backgrounds of students. This is entirely your responsibility.

4.3. No Liability: You agree not to hold MeasyMove or the universities of the students responsible for any misconduct or wrongdoing by students.

4.4. Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that your rental practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. Liability

5.1. No Liability for Damages: MeasyMove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

5.2. Dispute Resolution: MeasyMove is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between students and agents/landlords. Such disputes must be resolved independently.

5.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold MeasyMove harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

6.1. Termination Rights: MeasyMove reserves the right to terminate or suspend your listing at any time if these terms and conditions are violated.

6.2. Voluntary Termination: You may remove your listing at any time by notifying MeasyMove in writing or via email.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. Right to Modify: MeasyMove reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our platform.
